Before you hire a hot tub from Champion Hot Tubs, there are 5 simple steps to follow. Prepare a space, ensure access to utilities, then sit back and relax. We’ll deliver and take care of the rest.

Photo ID, proof of address, and cash or bank transfer on delivery.
A flat, firm surface of 3m square (8ft square) able to support approx. 1300kg, positioned outside only. Most patios and decking are fine.
No tight spaces to negotiate. For the Orbis and Quatro Hot Tubs, we require 78cm clearance down the side of your house, as it is rolled into place. for the DuraSpa S160 Hot Tub, we require 85cm clearance, as it is slung into place. If you are unsure, please take pictures and give us a call.
A 13 amp power supply no more than 10m away to power the Hot Tub. Most kitchen windows have a summer lock on them and we can get the cable and secure that way.
One person must be present at delivery. If we have access to your property, power and a drain, you do not need to be present at collection. Allow about 1.5 hours for the hot tub to be filled and an explanation of operation.
